Year 10 Malick, pictured above, has been supporting his mum during lockdown by helping as much as he can around the house and often cooks for her using some recipes from his homeland.

The budding chef loves to cook and his favourite is his Easy Shrimp Curry and he has kindly shared this with us below.

Mrs Gregory said, "I can't wait for when all of the restrictions are lifted as Malick has promised to make me some and bring it into school!"

Malick says he prefers shrimps, but because this is such an easy meal to make it can easily be adapted to any meat or even just vegatables.
