A bag is an essential part of school uniform!

The V-neck sweater is optional, not instead of a blazer; the blazer must be worn at all times.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Plain black shoes with black laces are acceptable, whereas trainers or shoes with motifs/logos or colouring on them is unacceptable.

 

For physical education lessons the following kit is required:

There are two optional Aspire hoodies (black/purple and all purple) available to buy from local uniform shops (Bispham Clothing and Ragamuffins), as are plain black joggers, leggings and tracksuits. These are optional items but come in useful in the cold winter months.

 

 

 

 

If you are taking part in outdoor PE and don’t have a PE jumper you can bring a plain black jumper to wear outside.

HOWEVER, these should not be worn inside the school building as they are not part of the school uniform. If you think you will be cold in class on PE days you should bring your blazer to wear over your PE kit.

Anyone wearing a non-Aspire jumper will be asked to remove that item inside the school building.

If your child does not have the correct PE kit, they must attend (on their PE days) in full uniform.

 
 
 
Jewellery
Jewellery is restricted to:  
  • 1 pair of plain gold/silver coloured studs 
  • 1 wristwatch 
No facial piercings are allowed.
Tongue bars and nose studs are prohibited. This is also the case for retainer bars/piercings.
 
Make up 
Make up must be minimal and natural, with no false eye lashes. 
 
Nails
Nails must appear natural with no coloured nail varnish. 
No false/acrylic nails are allowed in school at all.
 
Hair

Extreme colour and hairstyles, such as those below, are not acceptable at any time in Aspire Academy.
