The Excellence academy is a three year long programme of debates, which starts in Year 9 and will carry on with further workshops in Year 10 called ‘Peace and Conflict’ and Year 11.

In the Summer term, students are welcome again to attend the Super Curricular lectures, held on Mondays from 4pm at the Sixth Form college. The lectures are varied throughout the year. From January to April, our students have taken time to discuss chaos theory and the formation of stars, benefits and downfalls of artificial intelligence, how big infinity actually is and Ancient Greek democracy.
