Yesterday a group of our Year 10 students visited Blackpool and the Fylde College as part of the recent set of Art student workshops that have been arranged by Miss Plancke, giving our students the opportunity to experience campus life and what possibilities lay ahead after leaving Aspire Academy.
The Year 10s took part in many activities including art, graphics, photography, media, music and performing arts; Miss Bamber, who accompanied them, said: “Our students represented the school very well and got stuck into each activity. It was lovely to hear them get excited about their future options - some of them didn't even know the campus existed.”
College tutors specifically requested that we feedback how well behaved our students were - out of all the schools visiting their campus recently, they said the Aspire students were the best!
