Pzazz is Aspire Academy’s very own Performing Arts Company open to all year groups. They rehearse every Tuesday after school on a rolling programme of rehearsals for their amazing Christmas show, Schools Alive, and then Summer Spectacular show.

Students involved include those who just enjoy performing to those who study Performing Arts and Music at Key Stage 4 on the Btec Performing Arts Courses. Photos here show students rehearsing for Schools Alive 2019.

In 2018 the company was highlighted as a strength of the academy in the latest Ofsted report which rated the Academy as Good.

This year Pzazz moves from strength to strength while rehearsing for their summer show on the theme of ’Life Pathways’. Additions to the company are PzazzJazz (Jazz dancing), PzazzTapzz (Tap Dancing) and our re-branded Choir, PzazzSing!

Last night they performed part of the musical ‘Miss Saigon’ at the Schools Alive 2019 show at the Grand Theatre - more photos and a further news article to follow.
